Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using Pandora Client ("Pandora", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or make a purchase.

2. Software & License

Pandora Client is a Minecraft 1.7 and 1.8 client. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the client according to the plan you purchased (Weekly, Monthly, Trimestral, or Lifetime). You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, or share your license key.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. We never store your card details. Plans renew according to the period purchased unless canceled before the renewal date. Lifetime is a single, one-time payment.

4. Refunds

All purchases are final. Because licenses are delivered digitally and instantly, we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable consumer law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the client from working, contact support within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

5. Fair Use

• You may not share, sell, or publicize your license key.
• You may not attempt to bypass license validation, copying, or device binding.
• The client is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

6. Termination

We may revoke or suspend a license if these Terms are violated, or if a charge is disputed or fails. Banning a license for abuse is at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
